A redesign of a one-off restaurant store for Austrian bakery chain, Ströck, offering a new late night bistro service. The concept was developed after the client purchased the neighbouring space to one of their existing bakeries with the idea to trade after traditional bakery operating hours. The design's flexibility retains the daily feel of a Ströck bakery whilst creating an atmospheric restaurant & bar at night.

 

The all-day bakery/wine bar won a FAB Award (International Food and Beverage Excellence awards) 

in the Retail Interiors / Environment category in 2015.
